• Neighborhood BBQ at McCowin Park on Tuesday, September 9 at 6PM. Please bring lawn chairs and blankets, also silverware and plates, A-L Salad type dish to serve 15, M-Z Dessert to serve 15, or both also there is going to be a Dessert Contest judged by Bishopric.
• There will be an American Cross Blood Drive on Thursday September 4th, 1-6 PM at the Ammon Stake Center. To reserve a time, go to www.redcrossblood.org. In the white box type the word AMMON, press enter. Click on MAKE RESERVATION. Select your time.
• The Idaho Falls Family History Center now has a monthly newsletter To sign up for your own copy, please register
  online at here. Our goals are to keep you updated about news and events at the center, to provide you with helpful information about researching your own family history, and to help you better understand and use the
  FamilySearch program.
• Ward Monthly History Days, for your families, will now be on the first Saturday of each month at the Family History Center. Also, the monthly Ward Temple day will now be on the second Thursday of each month. These changes help alleviate conflicts with other organization meetings on the former scheduled days. Please add the new ones to your family calendars. If you have questions, please contact Brother Croft.​​

​Ward Mission Leader ​Message

One of the best things you can do to do missionary work is to have an invitation ready: Will you come over to dinner? Will you come to a ward party? Will you help me organize my garage? Will you let me pick you up for the game? Will you go shopping with me to help me keep my budget? Will you come to support and listen to me speak at church? Will you come over and teach me to cook ugly chicken? Will you and your family come over and play "Cutthroat Kitchen" against my family?

Expand your circle. Bring more people into your life. Then when they have a desperate need for the comfort of the Gospel, they will listen to you. They will because you have truly become their friend. And who of us wouldn't want a true friend?
